The administration of the Trust vests with the Board of Trustees, consisting of one Managing Trustee and two other Trustees.
The Board of Trustees has the control and management of the Trust, including financial management, property acquisition, and legal authority.
Trustee meetings are convened by the Managing Trustee, with a quorum of two trustees. Resolutions are passed by simple majority.
